Mick and Julie Perez, from Keller Williams AV, are the award winning Realtors® based in Palmdale, California. Since 2003, the Husband-Wife Duo have helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals throughout southern California. Their client-focused approach has made them one of the top producing real estate teams in Los Angeles County.

Both Mick and Julie followed a tough path to the upper echelons in the real estate industry. As Mick tells it, he was working in an entirely different industry when his cousin, also a Realtor, convinced him to make the change in 2003. "I was a musician and music teacher for twenty years, performing and recording albums which sold worldwide. The part of my teaching that I love most was sharing my passion of music and I wanted to go into a field where I could continue helping people realize their dreams.“

Julie meanwhile was working with Fidelity National Title Company in the Southern California regional accounting dept. when she saw her husband’s success, she decided to join him in March of 2004. "Already, working in the real estate field, I could see the real estate market changing. It was an exciting opportunity to help people build dreams and allowed me as a working mother to spend more quality time working with my husband and the flexibility to work from home to be with our children.

Since making the transition, Mick and Julie have seen great success. In their thirteen year as Realtors®, they have successfully helped hundreds of buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals en route to being named the Top Listing Agents of the Year in 2014 and 2015 as well as the Top Sales Agents of the Year in 2015. With expert negotiating skills and a heartfelt passion for real estate, they have also received Century 21’s Centurion Award on three separate occasions and the Team Centurion Award in 2006. 

As Southern California natives, Mick and Julie have a local’s in-depth knowledge of their region’s real estate. Born in San Diego, Mick moved to Hollywood to pursue his music career. Julie grew up in Santa Fe Springs then moved to Castaic, Ca. before moving to San Fernando Valley where she met Mick. The couple moved around Los Angeles County from Burbank, Van Nuys and Reseda before finally settling in the Antelope Valley in 2001. Specializing in residential homes, the two now cover listings throughout the northern Los Angeles region, including San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear and the high desert of Los Angeles County, which is their current home of Antelope Valley.
 

After nearly a decade-and-a-half of success in the real estate industry, Mick and Julie show no signs of slowing down. In September, 2016 they decided to make the BOLD and exciting move to Keller Williams A.V. With innovative technology and marketing, real estate tools, training and working with like-minded successful agents, they know this is the key to better assist their expanding clientele.
